We looked at him.

“Your job isn’t to pad.
Your job is to build systems that prevent delay.”

His answer hit like lightning:

“Then get rid of the developers.” 

We smiled… “Well… we are a software company, so…”

And then, we paused. What if he was right?

98% of network elements speak just two languages:
